The motion for reconsideration is DENIED. We note that in the motion for
reconsideration, appellant has quoted alleged provisions of the Court Rules claimed to exist in MCR
7.205(A)(4). Those provisions do not actually exist in the Court Rules. Rather, MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a)
provides for a six-month period to file a delayed application. There are no provisions of MCR 7.205
providing any different time period for domestic relations cases, and no provisions providing up to 12
months to file a delayed application for good cause.
