Presiding Judge

Judges
The motion to affirm pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(3) is GRANTED for the reason that the
questions to be reviewed are so unsubstantial as to need no argument or formal submission.
The motion for sanctions for vexatious proceedings is GRANTED because appellant’s
appeal was taken without any reasonable basis for belief that there was a meritorious issue to be
determined on appeal. MCR 7.216(C)(1)(a). Appellee is awarded its actual damages and expenses,
including attorney fees, incurred as a result of appellant’s appeal. The case is REMANDED to the
Washtenaw Probate Court for a determination of appellee’s actual damages and expenses. MCR
7.216(C)(2).
We do not retain jurisdiction.
