The delayed application for leave to appeal from the September 27, 2024 order is
DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period
required by MCR 7.205(A)(2).
The motion for late filing of the delayed application is DENIED. The time limits for filing
applications are jurisdictional. MCR 7.203(B); MCR 7.205(B). This Court cannot waive those
jurisdictional time requirements under MCR 7.216(B).
