Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for the production of transcripts at public expense is DENIED.
Appellant failed to file the items required for an application under the Court Rules. In
keeping with MCR 7.201(B)(3), appellant shall have 21 days from the Clerk’s certification of this order
to cure the defects by filing the necessary transcripts in conformance with MCR 7.205(B)(4), and proof
that the application and accompanying documents were served on the other party in conformance with
MCR 7.205(B)(5). Failure to cure these defects within 21 days will result in dismissal of the application.
Such dismissal may be without prejudice to appellant filing a conforming delayed application as permitted
by the Court Rules.
