Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
THERESA M SAUVE V PATRICK SIMPSON
Docket No. 378537
LC No. 2023-056544-DM
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the November 18,
2025, order appealed from is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1). The
postjudgment order regarding parenting time cannot be considered an order that grants or denies a motion
to change legal custody, physical custody, or domicile under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii). Dismissal is without
prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all
requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
