The motion for leave to file a reply brief is DENIED, and the motion for reconsideration is
DENIED. By signing the motion for reconsideration, plaintiffs certified that “to the best of [their]
knowledge, information, and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the document is well grounded in fact
and is warranted by existing law or a good-faith argument for the extension, modification, or reversal of
existing law.” MCR 1.109(E)(5)(b). Defendant correctly observed in its responsive pleading that the
cases relied upon by plaintiffs do not exist. Rather than correct this error, plaintiffs filed additional
pleadings in this Court. We will not consider the additional pleadings filed and, in the future, will consider
also assessing a fine for violations of MCR 1.109(E)(5)(b) pursuant to MCR 1.109(E)(6).
