The motion to seal the lower court transcripts, appellee’s brief, and the attachments to the
appellee’s brief is GRANTED. We find good cause to seal these items to protect the privacy interests of
respondent-appellant in this juvenile delinquency case, and we determine that there is no less restrictive
means to adequately and effectively protect respondent-appellant’s privacy interests. MCR
7.211(C)(9)(e).
The Clerk must disclose or provide copies of any order or opinion entered in this appeal,
MCR 8.119(I)(6), but the items sealed by this order must not be disclosed or made available for public
viewing.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the Clerk of the Michigan Supreme
Court and to the State Court Administrative Office. MCR 8.119(I)(7).
