and for immediate stay of execution of sentence” are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. The May 14,
2026 order denying defendant’s motion for appeal bond and the May 14, 2026 order denying defendant’s
emergency pro se motion for bond pending appeal and for an immediate stay of execution of sentence do
not meet the definition of final orders appealable by right. MCR 7.202(6)(b); MCR 7.203(A)(1).
Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the court rules.
