The “motion to withdraw appellant brief and refile new appellant brief” is GRANTED.
Appellants’ brief, which was filed on October 10, 2025, is considered as withdrawn. Appellants shall file
a replacement brief on or before December 31, 2025. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the
involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the appellants' replacement brief is not
filed in accordance with this order. The time for filing appellees’ brief shall run pursuant to
MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) from the date appellants’ replacement brief is filed in this Court and served on
appellees.
