The motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
People v Ulp, 504 Mich 964 (2019) is not applicable to this matter because it involved
postjudgment motions for an expert in the context of a direct appeal; the defendant was not limited to
relief under 6.500 as is the case here.
Because defendant is limited to relief under 6.500 and he failed to file a motion under MCR
6.500, his postjudgment motion is properly denied for lack of merit. See People v Humphries, 501 Mich
1043 (2018).
