In lieu of granting the application, we PEREMPTORILY REVERSE the March 13, 2025
order in part and REMAND for further proceedings. As the parties’ briefing agrees, the trial court did not
address the issue of whether defendant Joshua Reedy was an “insured” by way of permissive use of the
vehicle at issue under intervening-plaintiff’s insurance policy issued to defendant Casey Erickson.
Because the court did not address this issue in its March 13, 2025 order, the order is VACATED in part
and REMANDED for the trial court to hear and decide this issue. We do not retain jurisdiction.
