MARLIN LOWERY V DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
Docket No. 381771
LC No. 26-009188-AE
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

barred.
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
