JALYN RUSK

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS
DALLAS DIVISION

CASE NO.: 3:24-CR-00552-B

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
CONCERNING PLEA OF GUILTY

JALYN RUSK, by consent, under authority of United States v. Dees, 125 F.3d 261 (5th Cir. 1997), has appeared

before me pursuant to Fed. R. Crim.P. 11, and has entered a plea of guilty to Count(s) One of the one-count Indictment filed
December 17, 2024. After cautioning and examining JALYN RUSK under oath concerning each of the subjects mentioned
in Rule 11, 1 determined that the guilty plea(s) was knowledgeable and voluntary and that the offense(s) charged is supported
by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of such offense. I therefore recommend that the
plea(s) of guilty be accepted, and that JALYN RUSK be adjudged guilty of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute
and Distribute a Controlled Substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C), and have sentence
imposed accordingly. After being guilty of the offense by the district judge,
