REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
CONCERNING PLEA OF GUILTY

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL BARRENTI, by consent, under authority of United States v. Dees, 125 F.3d 261

(Sth Cir. 1997), has appeared before me pursuant to Fed. R. Crim.P. 11, and has entered a plea of guilty to Count(s) Two
of the Superseding Indictment After cautioning and examining CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL BARRENTI under oath
concerning each of the subjects mentioned in Rule 11, 1 determined that the guilty plea(s) was knowledgeable and voluntary
and that the offense(s) charged is supported by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of
such offense. I therefore recommend that the plea(s) of guilty be accepted, and that CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL
BARRENTI be adjudged guilty of 21 U.S.C. § 846, 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C), namely, Conspiracy to Possess With Intent to
Distribute a Controlled Substance and have sentence imposed accordingly. After being found guilty of the offense by the
district judge,
