THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to
28 U.S.C. § 2241 Emergency Relief Requested under 28 U.S.C. § 2243 filed on November 7,
2025, ECF No. 1, and on the Petitioner’s Motion for Order to Show Cause, ECF No. 2. The Court
GRANTS Petitioner’s Motion, ECF No. 2, as follows.
IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner effectuate service on Respondents, including serving
copies of this Order and the Petition on Respondents, and file a certificate of service on the record.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents SHOW CAUSE within three (3) days
of service of this Order and the Petition why the Petition should not be granted.
