THIS MATTER is before the Court on the defendant’s pro se motion to
compel the government to provide passwords for discovery discs, (Doc. No. 134), and
his motion for a show cause order, (Doc. No. 144).
Local Criminal Rule 47.1(D) provides that the government is not required to
respond to pro se motions unless ordered by the Court.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the government shall file a response to
the motion to compel, (Doc. No. 134), within fourteen (14) days of the entry of this
Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to show cause, (Doc. No. 144), is
rendered MOOT by this Order.
