approves the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation and adopts it as its opinion
herein.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand (Rec. Doc. 8) is DENIED as outlined
in the Report and Recommendation (Rec. Doc. 14).
