## ORDER

BEFORE:
Chief Judge Garland*, Brown, Griffith, Kavanaugh, and Srinivasan, Circuit
Judges; Chief Judge Roberts*, Boasberg, A. Jackson, and Contreras,
District Judges.

By order dated January 15, 2014, Chief Judge Garland dismissed a complaint
filed against a Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. On
February 6, 2014, the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition for review of
the order of dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Chief Judge's disposition is affirmed
and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for Judicial-
Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
