The summary judgment entered by the district court on August
13, 1992 disposing of all claims raised by the Plaintiff-Appellant
is correct and is in all respects affirmed. The judgment entered
by the district court on September 14, 1992 assessing sanctions
against the Plaintiff-Appellant in favor of Defendant-Appellee
Samuel G. Couvillion is also affirmed.
All pending motions are denied.
AFFIRMED.
