Petitioner Fabian Rico Olvera seeks review of an order of the Board of
Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) denying his motion to reopen his removal
proceedings. We have reviewed the briefs, the record, and the applicable law
and find no abuse of discretion. See Yanez-Pena v. Barr, 952 F.3d 239, 241 (5th
Cir. 2020), petition for cert. filed, (U.S. Apr. 10, 2020) (No. 19-1208) (holding

stop-time rule is triggered, when the alien receives all required information,
