Appeal from the United States District Court
for the Western District of Texas
USDC No. P-00-CR-315-22

Before DeMOSS, DENNIS, and PRADO, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:*
Justin W. Low, who was appointed to represent Greg Medrano
in this direct criminal appeal, has moved for leave to withdraw
and has filed a brief in accordance with Anders v. California,
386 U.S. 738 (1967). Medrano has not filed a response to Low’s
brief. Our independent review of the record and Low’s brief
shows that there are no nonfrivolous issues for appeal.
Accordingly, Low’s motion for leave to withdraw is GRANTED,
