discrimination and retaliation. In a
comprehensive and convincing forty-seven-
page opinion, the district court dismissed the
claims.

the arguments of counsel and have examined
the pertinent portions of the record.
Essentially for the reasons given by the district
court, the judgment is AFFIRMED.
