PER CURIAM:
Mohammed N. Jilani appeals the district court’s orders denying relief in his 42
U.S.C. § 1983 (2018) action. On appeal, we confine our review to the issues raised in the
Appellant’s brief. See 4th Cir. R. 34(b). Because Jilani does not present an argument,
Jilani has forfeited appellate review of the district court’s orders. See Jackson v. Lightsey,
775 F.3d 170, 177 (4th Cir. 2014) (“The informal brief is an important document; under
Fourth Circuit rules, our review is limited to issues preserved in that brief.”). In any event,
we have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the
reasons stated by the district court. Jilani v. Freeman, No. 5:17-ct-03150-BO (E.D.N.C.
Aug. 6, 2018; May 16, 2019; Jan. 24, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the
facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
