PER CURIAM:
Robert Sigler petitions for a writ of mandamus, seeking an order to compel the
district court to rule on the motion for default judgment he filed in his 42 U.S.C. § 1983
(2018) action. Our review of the district court’s docket reveals that the district court denied
Sigler’s motion and dismissed Sigler’s § 1983 action as frivolous. Accordingly, because
the district court has recently decided Sigler’s case, we deny the mandamus petition as
moot. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
