PER CURIAM:

Antwon Whitten appeals the district court’s orders granting Defendant’s motion to
dismiss Whitten’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint and denying Whitten’s Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e)
motion to reconsider. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Whitten v. Franks, No. 7:25-cv-00756-
JHY-JCH (W.D. Va. Mar. 16, 2026; Apr. 2, 2026). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
