PER CURIAM:
Gregory D’Arques Zander appeals the sentence imposed following his guilty plea
to being a felon in possession of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and
924(a)(8). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we
affirm the district court’s judgment. United States v. Zander, No. 2:24-cr-00055
(S.D.W.Va. May 23, 2024).
We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
