PER CURIAM:
Defendant Lashawn Pullie appeals his conviction and sentence after pleading guilty
to drug trafficking and firearm charges and choosing to represent himself at his sentencing
hearing.
Many of the issues Pullie raises on appeal are foreclosed by a valid and enforceable
appellate waiver. Of the issues that remain, we have reviewed the record and find no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm his conviction and sentence. We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
