dismissal of this appeal. Ms. Alexander urges the court to
“fix what OPM has done.” ECF No. 15 at 1.
Although this court has jurisdiction to review final de-
cisions from the Merit Systems Protection Board regarding
certain OPM benefit decisions, see 28 U.S.C. § 1295(a)(9);
5 U.S.C. § 7703(b)(1), (d), Ms. Alexander’s appeal seeks di-
rect review of non-final OPM actions regarding her benefits

first be filed with the Board. Only after the Board issues a
final decision may Ms. Alexander, if necessary, file a timely
petition for this court’s review.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The appeal is dismissed.
(2) All pending motions are denied as moot.
(3) Each side shall bear its own costs.
