O R D E R
On February 24, 2025, the Court provided Mr.
Hampton an additional 30 days from the date of entry of
that order to pay the docketing fee, as required by Fed. Cir.
R. 52(d). In that same order, the Court held Mr. Hampton’s
previously filed motions, ECF Nos. 12, 13, and 14, in
abeyance, and stayed the current proceedings. To date, no
docketing fee has been received. Upon consideration
thereof,
