ORDER
The request for injunctive relief filed by the Statewide
University Police Association in the above-captioned matter is
DENIED without prejudice to renewal, sufficient reasons therefor
not having been established at this time.
Absent request for and granting of a stay of mediation, the
Regents of the University of California are hereby ORDERED to proceed
immediately to mediation during the pendency of the administrative
appeal filed in Case No. SF-M-677-H. In so ordering, the Board does
not resolve the issues presented by the underlying unfair practice
charge.
