DECISION AND ORDER CAMILLI, Member: The California Union of Safety Employees (CAUSE) filed a request for reconsideration with the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB or Board) following the issuance of PERB Order No. Ad-191-S, which held that a severance petition filed by the California State Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) was timely filed. Thereafter, CSPOA withdrew the underlying severance petition in this matter. Subsequently, CAUSE filed a request to withdraw the request for reconsideration pending before the Board.
