DECISION AND 	ORDER
This 	case 	is before the Public 	Employment Relations 	Board
(Board) 	on appeal by the 	charging party of 	a Board agent's
partial dismissal 	of his 	charge 	that 	the respondent violated
section 3543.5 	of the Educational Employment Relations Act 	(Act).
Subsequent to this 	filing, 	the charging party, 	in accordance with
a 	settlement agreement with the 	respondent, 	requested that 	the
appeal be withdrawn. 	The Board has 	considered 	the 	request 	and
concurs 	that 	such a withdrawal 	is 	in the best interest of 	the
parties 	and is 	consistent with the Act. 	(Gov. 	Code 	sec. 	3540 	et
seq. )
It 	is 	hereby ORDERED that 	the 	appeal 	of 	the 	Board agent's
partial dismissal 	in Case No. 	SF-CE-1214 	is WITHDRAWN WITH
PREJUDICE.
