The Federal Administrative Court held that the complaint against non-admission of revision was well founded. The case raises a question of fundamental importance under § 132(2) No. 1 VwGO, namely the scope of a hunting association member's right to inspect the association's files and books. The court therefore admitted revision so that this issue can be clarified in the main proceedings.
§ 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO; admission of revision for fundamental importance; a case has fundamental significance when it is likely to enable clarification of a legal question of general relevance that is not yet settled in a way sufficient for the uniform development of the law. This is the case where the proceedings offer an opportunity to clarify the ground and scope of a hunting association member's right of inspection into the association's files and books (consid. 1).

1 Die Beschwerde hat Erfolg. Der Rechtssache kommt die geltend gemachte grundsätzliche Bedeutung (§ 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO) zu. Sie wird dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht voraussichtlich Gelegenheit geben, Grund und Umfang des Einsichtsrechts eines Jagdgenossen in Akten und Bücher der Jagdgenossenschaft zu klären.
