1 Die Revision gegen das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichtshofs Baden-Württemberg vom 4. August 2011 ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO wegen grundsätzlicher Bedeutung der Rechtssache zuzulassen. Die Revision kann zur Klärung der Anforderungen an eine rechtswirksame Bestimmung von Festbeträgen als Obergrenze für die Beihilfefähigkeit der Aufwendungen für Arzneimittel beitragen.
