1 Die Revision ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO i.V.m. § 69 BDG zuzulassen. Die angestrebte Entscheidung erscheint geeignet, zur Klärung der Frage beizutragen, nach welchen Bemessungskriterien die erforderliche Disziplinarmaßnahme für das Dienstvergehen des Besitzes kinderpornographischer Schriften, strafbar gemäß § 184b Abs. 4 Satz 2 StGB, zu bestimmen ist.
