Für die Zulassung genügt, dass das Revisionsverfahren zur Klärung dieser Frage geeignet erscheint; eine abschließende Beantwortung in diesem Stadium ist nicht erforderlich.

Gründe

1 Die Revision des Klägers ist zuzulassen, weil die Rechtssache grundsätzliche Bedeutung im Sinne von § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO hat. Das Revisionsverfahren erscheint zur Klärung der sinngemäß aufgeworfenen Frage geeignet, ob die teilweise Konsumtion von unbefristeten Leistungsbezügen, welche auf einer Berufungsvereinbarung beruhen, durch das im Zuge der zum 1. Januar 2013 erfolgten Reform der W-Besoldung in Rheinland-Pfalz angehobene Grundgehalt aufgrund der Anrechnungsregelung des § 69 Abs. 7 des Landesbesoldungsgesetzes Rheinland-Pfalz vom 18. Juni 2013 (GVBl. S. 157) verfassungsgemäß ist.

2 Die vorläufige Festsetzung des Werts des Streitgegenstandes für das Revisionsverfahren beruht auf § 63 Abs. 1 Satz 1 i.V.m. § 52 Abs. 1 GKG und entspricht der Wertfestsetzung des Berufungsgerichts.
