Gründe

1 Die Beschwerde der Kläger ist zulässig und begründet. Die Revision ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO wegen grundsätzlicher Bedeutung der Rechtssache zuzulassen.

2 Die Revision kann dem Senat Gelegenheit zur Klärung der Frage geben, ob und gegebenenfalls in welcher Weise Leistungen der Pflegeversicherung nach § 37 SGB XI - auch mit Blick auf § 93 Abs. 1 Satz 3 SGB VIII - bei der Bemessung der Höhe der Leistungen zum Unterhalt des Kindes oder Jugendlichen gemäß § 39 SGB VIII zu berücksichtigen sind.
