Resumo Omnilex

The Bundesverwaltungsgericht upheld a complaint against the refusal of leave to appeal in a dispute about renewal of a medicinal product authorisation. It held that the matter has fundamental significance because it can clarify when renewal may be refused under the Pharmaceuticals Act on the ground of an unfavorable benefit-risk ratio. The court also made a provisional value-in-dispute determination for the revision proceedings.
