Gründe

1 Die Rechtsbeschwerde des Antragstellers ist gemäß § 95 Abs. 2 PersVG BB i.V.m. § 72 Abs. 2 Nr. 1, § 92 Abs. 1 Satz 2 ArbGG zuzulassen. Die vorliegende Rechtssache gibt dem Senat Gelegenheit, zu der Frage Stellung zu nehmen, wer Dienststelle im Sinne des § 91 Abs. 6 i.V.m. § 46 Abs. 1 Satz 1 i.V.m. Abs. 3 Satz 1 und 2 PersVG BB ist.

2 Das Beschwerdeverfahren wird nunmehr als Rechtsbeschwerdeverfahren unter dem Aktenzeichen BVerwG 5 P 3.15 fortgesetzt. Mit der Zustellung dieses Beschlusses beginnt die Rechtsbeschwerdebegründungsfrist von zwei Monaten (§ 72a Abs. 6, § 74 Abs. 1, § 92 Abs. 2 Satz 1, § 92a Satz 2 ArbGG) zu laufen.
