The Federal Constitutional Court, acting as a Chamber, did not admit the constitutional complaint to decision. It expressly stated that the request for reinstatement in the previous status did not need to be addressed. The court also omitted reasons pursuant to § 93d(1) sentence 3 BVerfGG.
