§ 93d Abs. 1 S. 3 BVerfGG; non-admission of a constitutional complaint without reasons: in summary proceedings of the Chamber, the Court may refrain from giving reasons when it does not admit a constitutional complaint for decision. The non-admission has the effect that the complaint is not examined on the merits; the decision is final and not subject to appeal.
