In a constitutional complaint proceeding, the Federal Constitutional Court fixed the value of the subject matter of the attorney's work at EUR 100,000 under the fees provisions cited. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
§ 14 Abs. 1 RVG; § 37 Abs. 2 S. 2 RVG: In constitutional complaint proceedings, the value of the subject matter of counsel's work is to be fixed by the court according to the circumstances of the individual case. The determination is discretionary and serves as the basis for remuneration assessment; the fixing of the value is not subject to challenge when the statute so provides.
