The Federal Constitutional Court dismissed an election review complaint in summary form. It stated that the complaint lacked success for the reasons already given in the rapporteur’s letter of 28 January 2016 and, pursuant to § 24 sentence 2 BVerfGG, refrained from giving any further reasons.
