The First Senate’s Second Chamber of the Federal Constitutional Court did not accept the constitutional complaint for decision. The complaint challenged the failure to amend § 5(1) sentence 3 GOZ in the 5 December 2011 ordinance amending the GOZ. The chamber issued a non-speaking non-admission order; the decision is final.
