In a constitutional complaint proceeding, the Federal Constitutional Court repeated its earlier interim order of 2012-08-29. The order continues the suspension of the granting of contact visits in order to preserve the status quo pending the main constitutional review, given the asserted risk of attacks by right-wing extremists against the children and their mother. The repetition applies until 2013-01-31, or earlier if the constitutional complaint is decided.
