In a procedural order in constitutional complaint proceedings, the Federal Constitutional Court fixed the value of the subject matter for counsel’s fees at EUR 75,000 under § 37(2) sentence 2 RVG. No further operative relief was granted.
§ 37 Abs. 2 S. 2 RVG; determination of the value of the subject matter in constitutional complaint proceedings: the Federal Constitutional Court fixes the value ex officio for the purpose of attorney remuneration. In the absence of additional dispositive relief, the order is limited to the fee-related valuation and has no bearing on the merits of the constitutional complaint.
