The Federal Constitutional Court did not admit the constitutional complaint against an assembly ban. It held that the complaint lacked fundamental constitutional significance and was not otherwise necessary to enforce the complainant’s fundamental rights. The Court also stated that no further reasons would be given under Section 93d(1) sentence 3 BVerfGG. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.

1 Die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht zur Entscheidung angenommen, weil ihr keine grundsätzliche verfassungsrechtliche Bedeutung zukommt und es im Übrigen auch nicht zur Durchsetzung der Grundrechte oder grundrechtsgleichen Rechte des Beschwerdeführers angezeigt ist (vgl. § 93a Abs. 2 BVerfGG).

2 Von einer weiteren Begründung wird gemäß § 93d Abs. 1 Satz 3 BVerfGG abgesehen.

3 Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
