The Federal Constitutional Court repeated its earlier interim order in a constitutional complaint procedure. It continued the provisional prohibition on deporting an Eritrean asylum applicant to Greece for six more months, or until the constitutional complaint is decided. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.

An interim measure may be extended where the provisional protection already granted is still required; the court may limit the extension in time and tie it to the pending main proceedings.
