The Federal Constitutional Court repeated its earlier interim order protecting an Afghan asylum seeker from transfer to Greece. The injunction from 13 November 2009 was extended for six more months, or until the constitutional complaint is decided. The order is final and not subject to appeal.
§ 32 Abs. 1 BVerfGG; extension of an interim injunction pending constitutional complaint proceedings: An interim measure may be continued where provisional protection remains necessary until the decision in the main proceedings. If the court repeats a prior injunction, it may limit the extension in time and link it to the outcome of the constitutional complaint; such interim orders are not separately appealable.
