The First Chamber of the First Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court did not accept the constitutional complaint for decision in a case concerning the online publication of teacher ratings. The court dispensed with a statement of reasons pursuant to § 93d(1) sentence 3 BVerfGG. The decision is final and unappealable.
Art. 93d(1) sentence 3 BVerfGG; non-admission of a constitutional complaint without reasons in chamber proceedings. Where a constitutional complaint is not accepted for decision, the Court may abstain from providing reasons. The decision is not subject to appeal. No substantive constitutional review is conducted in the operative part of such a non-admission order.
